Rank II

The Forge

The practice holds. Now run the full weekly commit-and-reckon loop across all four fronts — and push the standard higher.

If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

The Forge

Before you read this rank

Thirty days did not move
all four the same.

One of them pulled ahead while the other three sat at the floor, and you already know which one. That is not a failure of the practice. That is the practice telling you where the work is.

This week: name the one that pulled ahead. Then put a real week into the one that did not.

What this rank is

The Forge.

You’ve proven you can show up. The Forge is where showing up turns into building. The ten-minute anchors hold now — this rank runs the full weekly loop across all four fronts and starts raising the bar.

Every Monday you commit: here’s what I’m doing this week on body, provision, mind, and spirit. Every Friday you reckon: here’s what I actually did, honestly. No spin. Closing the distance between the two, week after week, is the work.

This is the grind rank. It’s not glamorous. It’s the heat and the hammer, week after week, where a soft man becomes a strong one.

The standard at this rank

Across all four fronts.

Every rank is measured on body, provision, mind, and spirit. Here’s what The Forge asks of you.

Body

  • Progressive training program
  • Real strength/conditioning targets
  • Load going up, floor still held
  • Numbers trending up

Provision

  • Weekly build targets, hit
  • Savings gaining ground
  • Runway growing
  • Skills compounding

Mind

  • Weekly plan + weekly review
  • Attention fully under command
  • Learning on a schedule
  • Hard calls made early

Spirit

  • Daily practice, kept
  • A church, or a few men who know you
  • Present with family
  • Gratitude, practiced

The 90-day plan

Ninety days.
No stalling.

Thirty days proved you show up. Ninety asks what you’re building with it. The full plan will be Volume Two, which is not written yet. Here’s the shape of it.

Weeks 1–4 · Establish

Run the loop

Monday commitment, Friday reckoning, every week, all four fronts. Get honest. Close the gap.

Weeks 5–8 · Refine

Raise the bar

Push each front past comfortable. Heavier, longer, harder, more consistent. The Forge is heat on purpose.

Weeks 9–12 · Deepen

The choosing gets faster.

The loop stops arguing with you — you still choose it, but the choosing is who you are now. Motivation is weather; you’ve built climate. The Watch is in view.

Start The Forge

The anchors hold. Now build. This rank will be Volume Two — the weekly loop, the raised standard, and the 90-day plan that will run it. It is not written yet.

Volume Two follows The Ten-Minute Man. Start with Volume One at $29.99 — clear the floor first, the way the path is built.

The path

One practice.
Three depths.

Three ranks, one practice. The floor never moves — ten minutes, four fronts. What changes is the question you’re answering.
