Accountability is the engine. Everything else in the Citadel supports this one loop: you say what you’ll do, then you come back and say what you did — honestly, in front of men who’ll notice if you don’t.

It’s not about pressure or shame. It’s about the simple, proven truth that a man who knows he’ll report back does the work more often than a man who answers only to himself. Motivation is weather. This is how you build climate.
